Veterans night out!!!!!
Every Friday night, starting at 6pm, the VFW has a veterans get together. All veterans (not just VFW members) and their families are invited to come hang out with us and enjoy good conversation and good food. Over the past four years it has turned into a pot-luck dinner that is always delicious and more than we can all eat. Members of the Post and Auxiliary come up with a schedule of meal topics so that there is some method to our eating madness. So, please come out and join us and have a good time. The canteen is always open for this event and provides water, soft drinks, beer, wine, and setups. All veterans and VFW members are always welcome to bring their own drinks to the dinner. It is not necessary to bring a dish but all food is welcome.
